USA TODAY's Barbara De Lollis has a scoop on Bank of America's latest venture. The bank, which has taken $45 billion in federal TARP money, is getting into the luxury hotel business by opening a Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, N.C., across from its corporate headquarters.
