Infineon Sells Wireline Comms Business for $348m (Computer Business Online via Yahoo! UK & Ireland News)

Germany-based semiconductor company Infineon Technologies has agreed to sell its Wireline Communications, WLC, business to an affiliate of US-based investor Golden Gate Capital for 250m euros ($347.8m).
