KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 (Bernama) -- Kreatif Selaras Sdn Bhd has signed a sale of business agreement with Kurnia Setia Bhd (KSB) to acquire the latter's entire business and undertaking, including all assets and liabilities, for a maximum of RM346.41 million cash.
