SMC still in talks with Qatari partner over Liberty business plan (GMA News)

MANILA, Philippines - San Miguel Corp. (SMC) is still in talks with its joint venture partner Qatar Telecom QSC (QTel) regarding its business plan in running Liberty Telecoms Holdings Inc., an official said.
