Texas financier R. Allen Stanford, who is facing trial for running a $7 billion Ponzi scheme, was rushed to the Conroe, Texas, medical center, with a cardiac problem, Fox Business Network reported Thursday. According to his family, his heart was beating at a rate of 300 beats a minute.
