By Austin L. Miller Staff writer Michael Joseph Franco, president of the Ocala Downtown Business Alliance and owner of Appraisal Specialists, was held on two counts of lewd and lascivious battery, one count of lewd or lascivious molestation, and one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
