South African Fuel Industry Wants to Collude, Business Day Says (Bloomberg)

Dec. 29 (Bloomberg) -- The South African Petroleum Industry Association has applied for a six-year exemption to competition laws to allow its members to jointly plan and co-ordinate the country’s fuel supply, Business Day reported.
