MADISON â€" The owner of a Main Street business struck by fire Saturday afternoon, June 20, in downtown Madison was taken into custody at the scene as police and fire units responded to the emergency and was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and resisting arrest, according to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
