KL approves 590 temporary business licences for Deepavali sales (The New Straits Times)

KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has approved 590 temporary business licences for petty traders in the Klang Valley to conduct sales for Deepavali which falls on Oct 17.
