March 23 (Bloomberg) -- Belgian business confidence improved more than economists forecast in March, led by the services industry. The confidence index for Belgium, the sixth-largest economy in the euro region, rose to minus 3.6 from minus 7 in February, the National Bank of Belgium in Brussels said today in an e- mailed statement.
