Insurance broker Marsh Inc., a unit of Marsh & McLennan Cos., appointed two executives to its U.S. division. The company said Tuesday that it named Regina Spratt as head of the national brokerage business and Edward Lynch as business development leader for Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, which works with mid-sized businesses.
