LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Russian state-owned gas titan OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) is expected to make an offer this week for Total SA's (TOT) U.K. fuel supply business, which includes 800 petrol stations and the Lindsey oil refinery, The Sunday Times reports without citing sources.
